Problem Possible solution 
The side brush malfunctions Please check if the side brush is tangled with any foreign object and clear it
The wheels malfunction Please check if the wheels are stuck and clear any foreign objects
The rolling brush malfunctions Please check if the main brush is tangled with any foreign objects and clear it
A virtual wall or no-go area is detected Please restart the robot after moving it away from the virtual wall or no-go area
Fail to power on

The battery power is low. Please put the robot back in the dustbin station for charging before use. 

The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°) or too high (above 35°).

Fail to charge

The dustbin station is not powered on. Make sre the power supply is connected

The charging electode plates are not clean

Clean the charging pins of the dustbin station and the charging electrode plates of the robot

The ambient temperature is too low (below 0°) or too high (above 35°).

Fail to return to the dustbin station to recharge

There are too many obstacles near the dustbil station. Please place the dustbin station in an open area

The distance between the robot and the dustbin station is too far. Please place the robot near the dustbin station and try again

Abnormal operation Please turn off the robot and restart it
Abnormal noise during cleaning The main brush, side brush, or wheels may be entangled with foreign objects. Please turn off the robot and clear it
Reduced cleaning capability or dust collection capability

The 2-in-1 water tank dustbin is full. Clear the dustbin

The filter is blocked, clean it

The main brush is entangled. Use the cleaning brush to remove debris from the main brush

The mopping module does not release water, or the amount of water released is small Please check if there is water in the water tank; please use the mobile app to adjust the water volume to the maximum level; please install the mop and mop holder properly according to the manual
Fail to connect to WiFi

The Wi-Fi function is not activated. Reset the Wi-Fi and try again

The Wi-fi signal is weak. Reset the robot in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal

The Wi-Fi connection is abnormal. reset the Wi-Fi, download the latest app and try to connect again

Robot is in offline status Ensure the the robot has been successfully connected to the network and always stays in the Wi-Fi signal-covered area
Fail to perform scheduled cleaning

Make sure the robot is not in the Do-Not-Disturb Mode because the scheduled cleaning cannot be executed in this mode

Make sure the robot is connected to the Wi-Fi

Fail to resume cleaning

Ensure that the robot is not in the Do-Not-Disturb Mode, which does not allow resume cleaning.

In addition, if you make the robot return to recharge by the app, press the recharge button, or move it back to the dustbin station directly, the robot will not resume cleaning
