• Press the opening button to open the lid. Then fill the kettle with cold water and close the lid by pressing down the cover until it locks.
• Important note: On the kettle body there is a water level gauge. Please make sure not to fill in more than the maximum level as marked on the gauge. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water can be spilled out. Put the kettle on the base. On the base station there is the “ ” button for selecting different water temperatures.
• Note: flashing light indicates current water temperature in kettle, steady light means the target temperature.
• Press the “ ” button which corresponds to your desired temperature. Press the “wilfa” button to light up and the boiling process begins. As soon as the water reaches the target temperature, the boiling stops and the “wilfa” button light off. The heating element switches off automatically and the process has been completed. Now the unit can be lifted up and the water can be used.
KEEP WARM
• The “KEEP WARM” function allows you to maintain a specific temperature. Press “ ” and select a temperature between 40/70/80/90/100°C. Once you have selected your desired temperature, press the “wilfa” button. Then the kettle heats up to the previously set value and holds it for 25 minutes.
