- The power cord is not plugged in
- Power switch is not "on"
- No water in the water tank
- Pump is dry

- Plug it into the power socket
- Turn on the power switch
- Fill the water tank
- Run the unit with its water tank filled to maximum capacity (1.25l)

The unit stops
|
Limescale in the unit

Descale the coffe maker

The coffee is not hot enough
|
The glass jug is very cold

Preheat the jug with hot water
|

Filter holder is overflowing
|
- Drip stop is locked
- Coffee ground clogging the flow-control valve at the bottom of the filter holder.
- Coffee too finely ground.
|
- Open the drip stop
- Set the flow control to 1.25 and rinse the filter holder by running water through it.
- Use filter coffee.
