Cold brew coffee is easy to make, but requires some time. The method means that the aromas in the coffee are highlighted and come into their own.
You need
- 80 g whole coffee beans
- 9 dl ice-cold water
- Ice cubes
- Milk for serving
How to do it
- Coarsely grind the coffee beans* and put in a large glass or jug.
- Pour over ice-cold water and stir.
- Cover the container and put in the fridge overnight.
- Strain the coffee and pour the finished coffee into a bottle and store in the fridge.
- Serve with ice cubes and a little milk.
- When using Aroma and Newly ground: set to steep for coarsely ground coffee
- When using the Uniform: set to setting 34-40 try to find which flavor you like best.
