Recipe (4 portions)

  • 500 g chicken fillet (thinly sliced)
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 0.5 dl yoghurt (10%)
  • Kebab seasoning and salt

Salad

  • 500 g potatoes (fried with 1 tsp olive oil + salt)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tin (140 g) of corn
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g tomato
  • 1.5 dl yoghurt (10%)
  • 1 dl sweet chilli sauce (less sugar)

How to do it:

If you have frozen chicken fillet, defrost it first (tip: use the defrost function on the Multioven). Mix together the marinade and marinate the chicken once it's thawed. Place everything in a long, narrow dish or loaf tin and bake for approx. 50 minutes in the Multioven (airfryer: 200 degrees, oven: 225 degrees). Cover with aluminium foil if it starts to burn on top.

Mix together the salad and chicken and serve.
