Gnocchi alla Sorrentina

Easiest everyday meal – one pot gnocchi dish, in just 20 minutes.

Ingrediens: 

  • 400g Mutti cherry tomatoes / canned cherry tomatoes
  • 250g fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 clove garlic, minced
  • Plenty of grated parmesan
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • Black pepper, salt, and fresh basil

 Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in the air fryer and mix together. Cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Serve with basil.
