Vegan waffle
Crispy waffles without eggs or cow's milk. And the waffles turn out exactly as good waffles should be. Crispy, golden, soft and juicy.

This is what you need

(gives you 5 large waffles)
  • 4 dl soya milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.75 dl sunflower oil or other neutral oil
  • 1/2 dl sugar
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 krm salt
  • 3 dl wheat flour

How to do it

  1. Whisk together soy milk and vinegar in a bowl and leave it for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Let the mixture rest for at least 5 minutes. It can also be kept for up to a day in the fridge.
  3. Fry on the way! Maybe you need to grease the waffle iron before frying, it depends on what kind of iron you have.
