This is what you need
(gives you 5 large waffles)
- 4 dl soya milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 0.75 dl sunflower oil or other neutral oil
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 krm salt
- 3 dl wheat flour
How to do it
- Whisk together soy milk and vinegar in a bowl and leave it for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Let the mixture rest for at least 5 minutes. It can also be kept for up to a day in the fridge.
- Fry on the way! Maybe you need to grease the waffle iron before frying, it depends on what kind of iron you have.
