Recipe for baked potatoes in the air fryer
Make a baked potato in the air fryer topped with bacon, herbs, mozzarella and creme fraiche! A perfect dish to serve to guests on a Saturday night or as a simple weekday dinner.

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 150 g diced bacon
- 150 g mozzarella, grated
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 4 tbsp creme fraiche
- 1 small bunch leeks, cut
into small pieces
How to do it:
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees. Use a fork to make holes in the potatoes and coat them with olive oil and salt. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and bake them for approx. 45 min. Take the potatoes out of the air fryer and cut them open along the middle and they are ready for filling.
Spread red onion, bacon and mozzarella among the four potatoes. Make sure the filling gets well into the potatoes. Bake the potatoes for a further 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Top with creme fraiche and leeks.
