Basic recipe for Smoothie

Smoothie base - an easy recipe to play with.

This is a fantastic smoothie base that you can replace with any type of frozen berries or fruit to create your variation. In addition, you can replace the apple juice with any type of juice you want, and you can replace the yoghurt with all types and varieties of yoghurt.

This is what you need

  • 2 people
  • 150 g frozen berries
  • 1.5 dl natural yoghurt
  • 1.5 dl apple juice
  • 1 banana

This is how you do it

Peel the banana and put it together with the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Mix the ingredients well to a nice and smooth consistency. Serve in two glasses, and enjoy a healthy and delicious smoothie at any time.

Blender

Here we recommend a good blender that is able to crush large frozen pieces of fruit and berries, especially large frozen strawberries. Not all blenders are actually able to do this.
