Beetroot waffle

Beetroot waffle

Try red waffles - healthy and good beetroot waffles. Beetroot has a good sweetness, so the waffle is both sweet and has a nice colour.

Waffel-rodbetevaffel-rode-vafler.jpgBeets are full of important building blocks for the body. You get important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre.

The recipe shows how to make the waffle batter in the blender. You can also make beetroot waffles in the classic way, where you stir yourself. Then you have to pre-treat the beetroot. We recommend baking them in the oven, which gives them a good taste and more sweetness. Bake them in the oven until soft (approx. 30 min.)

If you have access to blender, the procedure is simple, you can also use a stick blender.
