Delicious, crispy cookies dipped in melted chocolate and served with ice cream. Perfect as a dessert for Christmas and New Year.
This is what you need
Gives approx. 25 cakes.
- 125 gr margarine
- 125 gr sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 150 gr wheat flour
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cardamom
How to do it
- Stir butter and white sugar.
- Add the beaten eggs alternately with sifted flour and baking powder.
- Add cardamom at the end.
- Put the dough with a spoon in a greased cake tin and bake.
- Fry the shortbread thin and golden in the iron. The cakes are fully cooked after a few seconds.
- Roll the shortbread immediately into the creamer's house.
- Put the cakes on a rack to cool until completely cold.
Hint!
- If the batter thickens along the way, you can add a little more water.
- Dip the edge of the shortbread in melted chocolate and decorate with cake decorations of your choice.
- Serve with your favorite ice cream.
