Frankenstein pistachio milkshake

Simple dessert, perfect for Halloween.

Make a simple dessert that is perfect for Halloween. This is made with extra pistachio kernels that the blender crushes in less than a minute. Then you get even more of the good pistachio taste. Alcohol ink is easy to remove by washing the glasses in the dishwasher.

2-4 servings. For two adults or four children.

Pistachio milkshake:

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of pistachio nuts
  • 8 balls of pistachios
  • 4 dl milk

How to do it:

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and transfer to a small piping bag. Cut a small hole in the end and let the chocolate run over the outside of 2-4 serving glasses. Put the glasses in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.

Draw Frankenstein's face on the outside of the glasses with an alcohol marker. The alcohol dispenser comes off after a round in the dishwasher. At worst, with a bit of nail polish remover.

Put pistachio kernels and milk in a blender, and blend until the kernels are finely ground, but not too long that the milk becomes warm. Add pistachios and blend into a thick milkshake, pour into the glasses and serve immediately.
