Frappe

We can't always predict how much coffee we will drink. That's when it's perfect to use the leftovers to make an ice-cold frappé in the summer heat.

How to make a frappé

  1. Freeze the coffee
Pour freshly brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  2. Blend
Put the coffee ice cubes in a blender with a little milk and flavour with ready-made salted caramel sauce. Blend until slushy.
  3. Serve
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce.

Tips:

  • For the best result, use freshly brewed coffee – that's when the coffee tastes best.
