Kale smoothie
Delicious, healthy smoothie with a fantastic colour. Tastes fresh from ginger and apple.
If you want a thicker smoothie, you can use a frozen banana.
This is what you need
- 1 liter sliced kale
- 1 green apple
- 1-4 cm fresh ginger
- 1 banana
- 2 dl apple juice
This is how you do it
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Switch the blender over to the smoothie program and press start.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with an apple slice.
