This is what you need

  • 6 peeled kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 2.5 dl apple juice ice cubes

This is how you do it

  • Peel kiwi and banana.
  • Run all the ingredients in the blender until the consistency is smooth and without lumps.
  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
