For 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- 1 pc. (225 g) fresh or frozen mango
- 3.5 dl orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- 5 mint leaves
- Possibly some grated lime peel and some lime juice and raspberries to decorate
How to do it:
Blend the frozen mango in a Powerfuel blender together with orange juice and mint into a smooth, frozen drink.
Grate some lime zest if you like, and squeeze some lime juice over it. Garnish and top with fresh raspberries and mint.
Hint! The recipe makes 2 large drinks - if you want to make more, you can double the recipe or pour into smaller glasses to make more.
Tip 2! Ice cubes look so nice when you add fresh herbs such as mint or berries and flowers. Add when you top up with water and put them in the freezer to make the drink a little extra luxurious.
