A delicious and refreshing mocktail

How to make it

1. Prep your fruit
   Place all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend it up
   Blend for 2–4 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth. Taste and add extra sugar or lime juice as desired.
3. Pour the blended mix into your Wilfa Icy Slush Machine.
4. Pick your texture
   Choose your desired slush level, from smooth to icy, using the texture control dial.
5. Let the magic happen
   Press "Slush-coctail program" and let Wilfa Icy do its thing. The machine will beep when your drink is perfectly frozen.
6. When the machine beeps
   Pour into chilled glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with extra mango and a slice of lime, if desired. Enjoy!

Tips & Twists:

• It can also be made as a cocktail by adding 2 dl of rum to the slush and topping it with prosecco, cava, or champagne.
