Tired in the morning? This is the smoothie that makes you wake up. Lots of nice vitamins and minerals, and a hint of chilli.
This is what you need
- 1 pc. banana - in pieces, preferably frozen
- The juice of 1 pc. orange
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pc. passion fruit
- 2 g chili (a small piece)
- 2 leaves of fresh lemon balm
This is how you do it
Put everything in blenders and run until everything is pureed. Taste and serve immediately. Add a couple of leaves of lemon balm for decoration.
