Tip from Kristine:
I use light cream in these waffles, and think it gives the right consistency to the waffle batter. Here I have used the Bell waffle iron from Wilfa, which bakes big, delicious waffles. The beauty of this waffle iron is that it emits a small beep when the waffles are ready, so that all the waffles are properly cooked.
