Potato waffle

Perfect as a side dish to a main course, or as a canapé with roe or smoked salmon and sour cream.

This is what you need

For about 5 people.

  • 4 (200 gr in total) potatoes with a lot of starch (astrix el)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 7 tbsp flour


How to do it

  1. Grate the paws at least on the grater
  2. Stir in eggs and flour and salt - stir together
  3. Bake in a waffle iron, grease the iron top and bottom - fry for about 7-8 minutes until the potato waffles become crispy and golden

As a side dish to a main course, or as a canapé with roe and sour cream - smoked salmon and sour cream.
