Raspberry smoothie full of berries, banana and Greek yogurt, blended to smooth and creamy perfection.
This is what you need
- 3 1/2 dl apple juice
- 1 banana
- 3 1/2 dl frozen raspberries
- 1/2 dl vanilla yoghurt (Greek)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh pickled blackberries and herbs on top
This is how you do it
1. Put everything in the blender, apart from fresh raspberries and herbs.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses, put on the topping if desired, and serve.
Feel free to replace apple juice with almond milk, coconut milk, cow's milk. If you replace the apple juice, we recommend adding more honey to compensate for the sweetness you will lose from the juice.
