Recipe for duck legs made in the Airfryer

Simple and delicious duck cooked in the Airfryer! Do you want to impress your guests with delicious duck, but want to do it quickly and easily? Then our recipe for duck legs in the Airfryer is the perfect solution.

For 2 people.

And:

  • 2 duck years
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of fresh rosemary

How to do it:

Rub the duck legs with oil, salt and pepper and cut the oranges in half. Place the duck legs, orange slices and rosemary in the airfryer pan. Preheat the airfryer to 180 degrees and let the pan with the duck legs roast for 20 minutes. Then turn the air fryer up to 200 degrees and let them fry for a further 10 minutes to make the skin crispy.

Serve with potatoes, duck sauce and red cabbage salad.
