This is what you need
Smoothies
- 150 g frozen strawberries
- 150 g frozen mango cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 dl Greek yogurt
- 2 dl orange juice
Crispy Granola
- 250 g oatmeal
- 25 g linseed
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 25 g chia seeds
- 25 g pumpkin seeds
- 100 g almonds
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 dl apple juice
This is how you do it
- Set the oven to 150 degrees
- Mix oatmeal, all the seeds and coarsely chopped almonds in a bowl
- Heat the apple juice and honey so that the honey dissolves
- Pour juice and honey over the grain mixture and mix well until everything is moist
- Pour the mixture over a fireproof tray and put in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 min
- Stir the mixture every 10 minutes so that the color is uniform throughout
- When the granola is ready, it is cooled and poured into a storage bowl
- Put all the smoothie ingredients in the Wilfa blender and blend it into a thick smooth mass
- Pour into 2 deep plates and sprinkle granola over
Hint! This is a great recipe for a slightly different breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you just want to drink the smoothie, you add ½ dl more juice and it works just fine. The granola is absolutely superb with yogurt, muesli or simply as a topping for fruit salad. Keeps in a tight box/glass for a long time.
