This is what you need

  • Smoothiebowl for 2
  • 4 frozen sliced ​​bananas
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 good spoonful of nut butter of e.g. almonds or peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt

This is how you do it

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender, here used PowerFuel.
  • Select the smoothie program on the blender, or use medium-high strength and blend into a thick frozen smoothie.
  • Pour into bowls and top with fruit, berries or granola as desired.
  • We topped with fresh raspberries, morels, granola and some edible violets.
