Waffle cake

Make a waffle cake for 17 May that both tastes good and is pleasing to the eye. And best of all; it's super easy to make.

You need

Wafflers

  • See standard waffle recipe
  • or you can use
    Toro waffle mix (family bag)

Cream

  • 4 dl cream
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 pk of piano ready vanilla cream
  • 1 large basket of strawberries
  • 2 small baskets of raspberries
  • 2 small baskets of blueberries

Decoration: forget-me-not flowers

How to do it

Wafflers

  1. Follow the recipe for the waffles.
  2. Put on waffle iron< /a> on strong heat.
  3. Fry the waffle plates until you have enough for a small tower.

Cream

  1. Cream is mixed with icing sugar and whipped to a fairly firm cream.
  2. Whisk in 1 pk of piano ready vanilla cream. The cream does not separate, but can be whipped quite well after mixing in the vanilla cream, so you get a smooth and firm cream.

Add waffle plates, cream and berries in layers to the desired height. Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, preferably edible flowers. It is decorated here with forget-me-not flowers that are edible and in bloom for a good while in the spring.
