7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps

Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.

The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:

  • Overloading of the product
  • Regularly worn parts
  • Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)

In addition to the heating function, the pump has a cooling function for heat summer days. At the touch of a button on the remote control, the heat pump becomes the air conditioner. This makes the heat pump a smart investment for both winter and summer.

I Feel function

The heat pump has its own I Feel function, which ensures that the heat goes towards the place where you place the remote control. In this way, the heat pump can be easily controlled based on different needs. Even if you move, the I Feel function ensures the desired temperature exactly where you stay.

Cabin function

The heat pump is also suitable for maintaining a constant temperature in the cabin. When you are not present, the heat pump will ensure that the temperature does not drop below 8 °C.
