Developed for the Norwegian climate

The heat pump has been developed to withstand the harsh Norwegian climate, while remaining energy-saving. It works perfectly down to -25 °C. With its robust construction, this is a reliable heat pump that works steadily even if the temperature remains below freezing for several weeks at a time.

Cooling function

In addition to the heating function, the pump has a cooling function for heat summer days. At the touch of a button on the remote control, the heat pump becomes the air conditioner. This makes the heat pump a smart investment for both winter and summer.

I Feel function

The heat pump has its own I Feel function, which ensures that the heat goes towards the place where you place the remote control. In this way, the heat pump can be easily controlled based on different needs. Even if you move, the I Feel function ensures the desired temperature exactly where you stay.

Cabin function

The heat pump is also suitable for maintaining a constant temperature in the cabin. When you are not present, the heat pump will ensure that the temperature does not drop below 8 °C.

Air direction

The air flows from both the top and the bottom of the indoor unit, so you get an even heat distribution and ventilation.

Remote control

Have full control over the temperature in your home with the remote control that allows you to both check and change the settings on the heat pump without having to get up from the sofa.

Wilfa offers a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:

• Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
• Overloading the product
• Glass damage
• Non-stick coating
• Wear parts
• Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly

This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa-branded products.

Products under the brands E-Way, E-free, Stadler, Nivona, Jordan, and MySoda will continue to have a 2-year warranty.
