Warranty

5 years warranty on all Wilfa products

Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:

  • Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
  • Overloading the product
  • Glass damage
  • Non-stick coating
  • Wear parts
  • Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly

This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.

With an 8-litre capacity, Crispier 8L can cook generous portions at once, perfect for families, meal prep, or hosting. 

Convenient preset programs and manual adjustments

Choose one of the 8 preset programs to automatically apply a recommended time and temperature for popular dishes, like chips, chicken, steak, pizza, fish, shrimp, cake, and drying. You can also manually set and adjust time and temperature before or during cooking to suit portion size or preference. The shake reminder will alert you with two beeps halfway through the cooking when the time is set manually, and 2/3 of the total cooking time of the presets. 

Memory function

Customise your cooking experience with the memory function, allowing you to manually adjust the time and temperature in preset programs for personalised results. Save your customised program for future use, eliminating the need for constant adjustments.

Drying ingredients

With a wide 30–200 °C temperature range, Crispier 8L also effectively dehydrates ingredients at low temperatures. Use the dehydrator function to make granola, dried meat, dried fruit, and more. It can run for up to 24 hours for thorough, even dehydration.

Practical window

Keep an eye on the cooking process through the practical viewing window and avoid opening the drawer during cooking. By keeping the heat inside, you maintain a stable temperature and air circulation, which helps lock in crispness and reduces overall cooking time.
