Overnight oats with tiramisu flavour

Tiramisu overnight oats that actually taste like real tiramisu! Blending the ingredients gives the oats a lovely, pudding-like texture.

Ingredients

  • 5 dl oats
  • 2 dl coffee
  • 4 dl milk
  • 4 dl natural yoghurt
  • 0.8 dl maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Topping

  • 3 dl thick yoghurt OR 1 dl whipping cream + 1 dl thick yoghurt
  • Cocoa powder

Makes 4 large glasses

How to make tiramisu overnight oats

  1. Blend the base
    Blend all the oat mixture ingredients until smooth.
  2. Portion
    Pour into glasses, leaving about 1.5 cm space for topping.
  3. Add topping
    Stir the yoghurt and spoon on top. For a richer version, whip the cream and fold it into the yoghurt.
  4. Finish
    Dust with cocoa.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate. Ready after about 1 hour, but thickens overnight.

Tips:

  • Use cold, strong brewed coffee (or espresso) for the best tiramisu flavour.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste with a little extra maple syrup if needed.
  • For dairy-free oats, use plant milk and coconut or soy yoghurt.
