5 years warranty on all Wilfa products
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.

Joy Double makes 10 large waffle hearts in total (2 x 5 hearts), with a plate diameter of Ø 18 cm on each side. Great for classic Norwegian-style waffles that are easy to fold, top and share.

Easy to clean
When you’re finished baking, unplug the waffle maker and let it cool down. Keep water away from the appliance – do not immerse it or rinse it. Wipe the outside gently with a damp cloth, and clean the plates with kitchen paper or a soft cloth once cooled. Avoid scouring powder and hard tools that could wear the non-stick coating.
