How to make creamy burrata pasta

Roast
Put tomatoes, onions, garlic and olive oil in an oven dish. Roast at 210°C fan for about 20 minutes. -
Cook the pasta
Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente. -
Blend
Blend the roasted vegetables with 1 burrata and 2–3 ladles of pasta water in your Wilfa blender until smooth and creamy. -
Season
Season with pepper and oregano. -
Combine
Stir the sauce through the pasta until every strand is covered. -
Serve
Serve with fresh burrata on top and drizzle with chilli oil if you like.
Tips:
- Use the pasta water to adjust the sauce until it has the texture you like.
- Add chilli oil for a little extra heat.
- Serve straight away while the pasta is warm and creamy.
