Feel the difference with consistent and precise grinding. Uniform Evo Solo is the grinder for those who want full control over the flavour. It is equipped with 64 mm wide, flat stainless-steel burrs that deliver highly consistent results. Flat burrs also provide better consistency compared to conical burrs, an important factor for both espresso and filter coffee. The design helps reduce heat build-up and preserves the coffee’s natural aromas – an important factor for a rich and flavourful cup of coffee.
41 grind settings + micro adjustments for maximum control
Different brewing methods require different grind sizes, from ultra-fine and Turkish coffee to coarser grounds for French press. With 41 settings, you can easily adjust the grind for Turkish coffee, espresso, percolator, filter coffee, French press and boiled coffee. For increased precision, 10 micro adjustments allow you to fine-tune the grinder to your chosen brewing method.
Grind directly into the portafilter for espresso
Grind directly into the portafilter* and enjoy barista-style espresso at home. Two portafilter adapters** (51–53 mm and 58 mm) are included, allowing you to adapt the setup to your espresso machine.
Quiet grinding
Uniform Evo Solo is not only powerful and precise, it also operates quietly. Grind your coffee beans without waking the family in the morning or interrupting conversations at the kitchen table. A coffee grinder that delivers the highest quality without causing a disturbance.
Memory function with automatic stop
Uniform Evo Solo features a memory function that makes it easy to save a grinding time, allowing the grinder to stop automatically after the time you select. Hold the button down for as long as you want to grind, and when you release it, the time is saved as your new setting (up to 120 seconds). Convenient when you want the same amount every time, for example for your morning coffee.
Smooth and user-friendly design
Uniform Evo Solo is designed to make grinding as easy as possible:
- Automatic stop: the grinder stops when there are no more coffee beans, or after a set number of seconds using the timer function.
- Metal coffee container: reduces static coffee dust and spills.
- Easy operation: one button for all functions.
Premium quality and long-lasting durability
Uniform Evo Solo is designed to last. With a stainless-steel design and high-quality components, it is both stylish and robust. For added peace of mind, it comes with a 5-year warranty.
Approved by the European Coffee Brewing Centre (ECBC)
