How to use Brewfresh descaler

1. Mix 50 ml of descaler in every 0.5 liters of water.
2. Pour the mixture into the machine's water tank.
3. Coffee machines: Run the machine with the mixture / Kettles: Heat the mixture to 40-50 degrees and leave it for 1 hour.
4. Run the machine at least twice with clean water.

Warranty and maintenance

At Wilfa, we are proud of the quality of our products and therefore offer a 5-year warranty on all our Wilfa-branded products. To ensure the warranty is valid, it is important that you maintain and care for the products according to our recommendations and perform regular descaling and cleaning. Use Brewfresh Universal descaler and cleaning products to ensure that your machines are always in the best possible condition.

Wilfa offers a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:

• Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
• Overloading the product
• Glass damage
• Non-stick coating
• Wear parts
• Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly

This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa-branded products.

Products under the brands E-Way, E-free, Stadler, Nivona, Jordan, and MySoda will continue to have a 2-year warranty.
