5 years warranty on all Wilfa products
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.
10-year warranty (upon registration) for Probaker NXT
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on this product from the date of purchase. You can extend the Wilfa 5-year warranty to 10 years for Probaker NXT by registering your product:

The warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply to commercial use.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, handled negligently, used contrary to Wilfa’s instructions, modified or repaired by unauthorised persons. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage or the following:
- Damage to tools or the main unit caused by exceeding maximum capacities
- Cosmetic wear marks on the main unit, stainless steel bowl or tools
This warranty applies only to Probaker NXT models KM4B-T70 and KM4GY-T70 and is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps
Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:
- Overloading of the product
- Regularly worn parts
- Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)
10-Year Motor Warranty on selected Wilfa products
Wilfa provides up to a 10-year warranty on the motor of selected products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. This extended warranty applies exclusively to the motor and any faults related to it. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or overloading of the product.
Chill 9 Connected is a compact, portable air conditioner that fits naturally into your home. The front is covered in a soft, light grey textile, while the rest of the unit is white, giving a clean, calm expression that suits most interiors. Behind the clean Scandinavian look, you get a smart, efficient AC that can cool rooms up to 25 m² and can also operate as a dehumidifier or a fan when you want a gentle breeze.
Efficient cooling for rooms up to 25 m²
On warmer days, Chill 9 Connected helps you keep a comfortable indoor temperature at home. It is suitable for rooms of up to 25 m² and delivers a cooling capacity of 9000 BTU* (2600 W). You can set the temperature between 16–32 °C and choose between two fan speeds, with a maximum air flow of 330 m³/h. This makes it easy to find the level that feels right for you.
Three functions in one unit
Chill 9 Connected gives you three different operating modes in one product:
- Cooling mode – lowers the room temperature on warm days.
- Dehumidifier mode – reduces excess humidity and contributes to a more comfortable indoor climate.
- Fan mode – circulates air when you want a cooling breeze without using the full AC function.
The unit also features a sleep mode that reduces the sound level and dims the display. This makes it easier to fall asleep without being disturbed, while the temperature stays comfortable as you drift off.
Compact, clean design and easy to move
Thanks to its compact footprint and calm light colour palette, Chill 9 Connected blends in neatly in any room. The integrated handles and sturdy castors make it easy to move the AC, so you can cool the bedroom at night and the living room during the day.
Powerful cooling with an even sound profile
All portable air conditioners generate some sound when the compressor is running, and warm air is expelled from the room. Chill 9 Connected is designed to deliver effective cooling with a pleasant, even sound.
Tip for night-time comfort: Pre-cool the bedroom for about an hour before you go to bed and then switch off the AC. The room often stays comfortably cool through the night, especially when the outdoor temperature drops.
Timer function
The built-in 24-hour timer lets you decide when the unit should start or stop automatically. You can, for example, set it to cool the bedroom before you come home from work or to switch off in the middle of the night.
Smart control with app and voice assistants
With the WiLife app you can control Chill 9 Connected directly from your phone, whether you are at home or away. Adjust the temperature, change mode or switch the unit on and off with just a few taps.
The air conditioner is also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, so you can integrate it into your smart home and use voice commands if you wish. Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi ensure quick, straightforward connections and a smooth user experience.

This makes it easy for everyone in the household to use it in the way that suits them best.
Simple installation with a window kit
Chill 9 Connected is supplied with a window kit so you can lead the warm air out of the room. The kit can be adjusted to fit the length of the window, and the hose has a diameter of 15 cm.
Easy cleaning and maintenance
The air filters can be easily removed for cleaning. For best performance, we recommend cleaning the filter approximately every two weeks. First, vacuum the filter to remove dust, then rinse it under running water. Allow it to dry completely before placing it back. Regular cleaning helps the air conditioner run efficiently and maintain good airflow.
Drain hose included
A drain hose is included so you can easily empty the unit of water when needed.
*BTU is a unit of measurement that shows how much energy the air conditioner uses to remove heat from a room in one hour.
