7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps

Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.

The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:

  • Overloading of the product
  • Regularly worn parts
  • Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)

The heat pump Narvik 25 is a pump with very good capabilities to deliver heat when needed.

The high price of electricity, especially in southern Norway, means that you can now earn a heat pump for less than one years where we previously counted seven. In addition, you get benefits both for the environment and indoor climate with the purchase.
