Super tasty, healthy and filling waffles. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can easily make the batter in the blender.
This is what you need
- For 4 large discs
- 2 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 180 g oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1.5 dl milk
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
How to do it
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Run on the smoothie program until it is a smooth waffle batter.
- Fry waffles and serve them warm with cottage cheese, fresh berries, vanilla cream or jam.
