Super tasty, healthy and filling waffles. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can easily make the batter in the blender.

This is what you need

  • For 4 large discs
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g oat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese

How to do it

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Run on the smoothie program until it is a smooth waffle batter.
  3. Fry waffles and serve them warm with cottage cheese, fresh berries, vanilla cream or jam.
