A waffle tower with lots of delicious fruit and berries – by The Flying Culinary Circus.
A waffle cake (waffle tower) is super quick to make if you get unexpected guests, or if you simply love waffles as much as we do. Once the waffles are cooked, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare the rest. You can use all kinds of creams, fruit and berries – lemon cream, vanilla cream, rum cream, passion fruit cream and the like. Cut up whatever fruit you like and add plenty of berries and herbs. A nice variation for Norway's Constitution Day on 17 May is raspberries, blueberries and lemon verbena.
How to make a waffle tower
