5 years warranty on all Wilfa products

Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:

  • Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
  • Overloading the product
  • Glass damage
  • Non-stick coating
  • Wear parts
  • Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly

This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.

    Innovac Xceed is a powerful cordless vacuum cleaner that delivers high performance, long battery life, and everyday flexibility. With its 2-in-1 functionality, it works as both a stick vacuum and a handheld vacuum – perfect for cleaning your entire home. The removable battery can easily be supplemented with an extra battery for even longer cleaning sessions.

    Two functions in one

    1. Stick vacuum
    Easily clean large surfaces and reach under furniture. The strong suction power ensures efficient cleaning, and the LED light on the nozzle lets you see dust even in dark corners and tight spaces.

    2. Handheld vacuum
    Weighing only 1.8 kg and equipped with several smart nozzles, it’s easy to clean the kitchen, car, or other hard-to-reach areas.

    Powerful motor and smart features

    The 500 W DC motor delivers stronger, more efficient cleaning with an impressive suction power of 155 AirWatts. The intelligent dust sensor detects how dirty the area is and automatically adjusts the power level – optimizing battery usage and keeping noise levels low. You can also manually choose between three speed levels: Auto, Low, and High.

    Battery runtime per mode:

    • Low: up to 60 minutes
    • High: up to 12 minutes
    • Auto: approx. 20–30 minutes (depending on detected dirt level)

    Flexible battery solution

    Innovac Xceed features a removable battery that can be charged separately via USB-C. You can also add an extra battery to extend the runtime even further – ideal for larger homes or longer cleaning rounds.

    Ergonomic and lightweight

    With a total weight of only 2.75 kg, the Innovac Xceed is easy to handle, even during longer cleaning sessions. The ergonomic grip and the ability to vacuum without holding down a button provide a more comfortable experience for your hands and wrists.

    Informative LED display

    The LED display clearly shows battery percentage, selected speed setting, and provides alerts for things like filter cleaning or blocked brushes.

    Effective filtration and easy maintenance

    Innovac Xceed features an advanced filtration system that ensures cleaner exhaust air:

    • Pre-filter
    • Cyclone filter
    • Washable filter
    • HEPA filter

    The 0.7 L dustbin is easy to empty – either directly on the unit or by removing it. The filter and dustbin can be rinsed with water, and the mop cloth is machine washable at 30°C. Always ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

    Tip: Clean the brushes, filters, and dustbin regularly for the best suction performance.

    LED light on the nozzle

    The LED lamp on the floor brush lights up dark areas and helps you see dust and dirt regardless of lighting conditions.
