Banana and oat waffles

These healthy and nourishing banana and oat waffles are perfect for breakfast, lunch or adding to a packed lunch. The batter is quick and easy to make in a blender.

They are easy to make and delicious served with yoghurt, jam and fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 ml oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Add the ingredients
    Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
    Blend until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Pour into the waffle maker
    Pour the batter into the waffle maker, preferably using the ladle included with the waffle maker.
  4. Cook the waffles
    Cook until the waffles are golden and ready.
