5 Jahre Garantie auf alle Wilfa-Produkte
Wilfa gewährt eine 5-jährige Garantie auf Produkte der Marke Wilfa ab dem Kaufdatum nach dem 01.09.2020. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die während der Garantiezeit auftreten. Als Nachweis für die Garantie ist die Vorlage des Kaufbelegs erforderlich. Bei Reklamationen wenden Sie sich bitte an das Geschäft, in dem der Artikel gekauft wurde.
Diese Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die in privaten Haushalten gekauft und verwendet werden. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt gewerblich genutzt wird. Die Garantie erlischt auch bei Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, Nichtbeachtung der Wilfa-Anweisungen sowie bei Änderungen oder nicht autorisierten Reparaturen des Produkts. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf normale Abnutzung, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, mangelnde Wartung, Verwendung falscher elektrischer Spannung oder auf die folgenden Punkte:
- Die Entkalkung muss gemäß der Gebrauchsanweisung erfolgen.
- Überlastung des Geräts
- Beschädigung des Glases
- Antihaftbeschichtung
- Verschleißteile
- Filter, Batterien, Reifen und andere Teile, die regelmäßig ersetzt werden müssen
Diese erweiterte Garantie gilt nur für Elektrokleingeräte der Marke Wilfa.
10‑Jahres‑Garantie (bei Registrierung) für Probaker NXT
Wilfa gewährt auf dieses Produkt eine 5‑jährige Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Durch die Registrierung deines Probaker NXT‑Produkts kannst du die 5‑jährige Wilfa‑Garantie auf insgesamt 10 Jahre verlängern.
Die Garantie deckt Herstellungsfehler und ‑mängel ab, die während der Garantiezeit auftreten. Der Kaufbeleg gilt als Nachweis für Garantieansprüche gegenüber dem Händler.
Diese Garantie gilt ausschließlich für Produkte, die für den privaten Gebrauch gekauft und verwendet werden. Eine gewerbliche Nutzung ist von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Die Garantie entfällt, wenn das Produkt unsachgemäß oder fahrlässig verwendet wurde, entgegen den Anweisungen von Wilfa benutzt wurde oder wenn Änderungen vorgenommen bzw. Reparaturen durch nicht autorisierte Stellen durchgeführt wurden.
Die Garantie deckt ferner keinen normalen Verschleiß, mangelnde Wartung, die Verwendung einer falschen Netzspannung sowie folgende Fälle ab:
- Schäden an Werkzeugen oder am Hauptgerät durch Überschreiten der maximal zulässigen Kapazitäten
- Übliche kosmetische Gebrauchsspuren am Hauptgerät, an der Edelstahl‑Schüssel oder an den Werkzeugen
Diese Garantie gilt ausschließlich für die Probaker NXT‑Modelle KM4B‑T70 und KM4GY‑T70 und erfolgt zusätzlich zu Ihren gesetzlichen Verbraucherrechten, welche durch diese Garantie nicht eingeschränkt werden.
7-Jahres-Garantie auf Wilfa Wärmepumpen
Wilfa gewährt eine 7-jährige Garantie auf Wärmepumpen ab dem Kaufdatum. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftreten. Die Kaufbeleg dient als Nachweis für den Händler im Falle von Garantieansprüchen.
Die Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die gekauft und verwendet wurden in privaten Haushalten. Sie gilt nicht, wenn das Produkt gewerblich genutzt wird. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt missbräuchlich oder fahrlässig behandelt wird, wenn die Anweisungen von Wilfa nicht befolgt werden oder wenn nicht autorisierte Änderungen oder Reparaturen vorgenommen werden.

Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftreten. Diese erweiterte Garantie gilt ausschließlich für den Motor und alle damit verbundenen Fehler. Der Kaufbeleg dient als Nachweis für den Händler im Falle von Garantieansprüchen.

Behind the clean Scandinavian look, you get a smart, efficient AC that can cool rooms up to 25 m² and can also operate as a dehumidifier or a fan when you want a gentle breeze.
Efficient cooling for rooms up to 25 m²
On warmer days, Chill 9 Connected helps you keep a comfortable indoor temperature at home. It is suitable for rooms of up to 25 m² and delivers a cooling capacity of 9000 BTU* (2600 W). You can set the temperature between 16–32 °C and choose between two fan speeds, with a maximum air flow of 330 m³/h. This makes it easy to find the level that feels right for you.
Three functions in one unit
Chill 9 Connected gives you three different operating modes in one product:
- Cooling mode – lowers the room temperature on warm days.
- Dehumidifier mode – reduces excess humidity and contributes to a more comfortable indoor climate.
- Fan mode – circulates air when you want a cooling breeze without using the full AC function.
The unit also features a sleep mode that reduces the sound level and dims the display. This makes it easier to fall asleep without being disturbed, while the temperature stays comfortable as you drift off.

Powerful cooling with an even sound profile
All portable air conditioners generate some sound when the compressor is running, and warm air is expelled from the room. Chill 9 Connected is designed to deliver effective cooling with a pleasant, even sound.
Tip for night-time comfort: Pre-cool the bedroom for about an hour before you go to bed and then switch off the AC. The room often stays comfortably cool through the night, especially when the outdoor temperature drops.
Timer function
The built-in 24-hour timer lets you decide when the unit should start or stop automatically. You can, for example, set it to cool the bedroom before you come home from work or to switch off in the middle of the night.
Smart control with app and voice assistants
With the WiLife app you can control Chill 9 Connected directly from your phone, whether you are at home or away. Adjust the temperature, change mode or switch the unit on and off with just a few taps.
The air conditioner is also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, so you can integrate it into your smart home and use voice commands if you wish. Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi ensure quick, straightforward connections and a smooth user experience.

Simple installation with a window kit
Chill 9 Connected is supplied with a window kit so you can lead the warm air out of the room. The kit can be adjusted to fit the length of the window, and the hose has a diameter of 15 cm.
Easy cleaning and maintenance
The air filters can be easily removed for cleaning. For best performance, we recommend cleaning the filter approximately every two weeks. First, vacuum the filter to remove dust, then rinse it under running water. Allow it to dry completely before placing it back. Regular cleaning helps the air conditioner run efficiently and maintain good airflow.
Drain hose included
A drain hose is included so you can easily empty the unit of water when needed.
*BTU is a unit of measurement that shows how much energy the air conditioner uses to remove heat from a room in one hour.
