5 Jahre Garantie auf alle Wilfa-Produkte
Wilfa gewährt eine 5-jährige Garantie auf Produkte der Marke Wilfa ab dem Kaufdatum nach dem 01.09.2020. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die während der Garantiezeit auftreten. Als Nachweis für die Garantie ist die Vorlage des Kaufbelegs erforderlich. Bei Reklamationen wenden Sie sich bitte an das Geschäft, in dem der Artikel gekauft wurde.
Diese Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die in privaten Haushalten gekauft und verwendet werden. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt gewerblich genutzt wird. Die Garantie erlischt auch bei Missbrauch, Fahrlässigkeit, Nichtbeachtung der Wilfa-Anweisungen sowie bei Änderungen oder nicht autorisierten Reparaturen des Produkts. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf normale Abnutzung, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, mangelnde Wartung, Verwendung falscher elektrischer Spannung oder auf die folgenden Punkte:
- Die Entkalkung muss gemäß der Gebrauchsanweisung erfolgen.
- Überlastung des Geräts
- Beschädigung des Glases
- Antihaftbeschichtung
- Verschleißteile
- Filter, Batterien, Reifen und andere Teile, die regelmäßig ersetzt werden müssen
Diese erweiterte Garantie gilt nur für Elektrokleingeräte der Marke Wilfa.
7-Jahres-Garantie auf Wilfa Wärmepumpen
Wilfa gewährt eine 7-jährige Garantie auf Wärmepumpen ab dem Kaufdatum. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftreten. Die Kaufbeleg dient als Nachweis für den Händler im Falle von Garantieansprüchen.
Die Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die gekauft und verwendet wurden in privaten Haushalten. Sie gilt nicht, wenn das Produkt gewerblich genutzt wird. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt missbräuchlich oder fahrlässig behandelt wird, wenn die Anweisungen von Wilfa nicht befolgt werden oder wenn nicht autorisierte Änderungen oder Reparaturen vorgenommen werden.
Darüber hinaus erstreckt sich die Garantie nicht auf normalen Verschleiß, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, mangelnde Wartung, Verwendung einer falschen elektrischen Spannung oder:
- Überlastung des Produkts
- Regelmäßig verschlissene Teile
- Komponenten, die regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden müssen (z. B. Filter, Batterien usw.)
10 Jahre Motor-Garantie auf ausgewählte Wilfa-Produkte
Wilfa gewährt bis zu 10 Jahre Garantie auf den Motor ausgewählter Produkte, beginnend mit dem Kaufdatum. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftreten. Diese erweiterte Garantie gilt ausschließlich für den Motor und alle damit verbundenen Fehler. Der Kaufbeleg dient als Nachweis für den Händler im Falle von Garantieansprüchen.

Weighing only 1.8 kg, the handheld unit is easy to carry and perfect to bring if you need to clean the car, boat or other spaces outside the home. With its smart nozzles and compact size, it reaches effortlessly into corners, upholstery and other hard-to-reach areas.

The 350 W brushless motor is efficient and long-lasting, giving you strong, consistent suction with less noise and wear. With 120 AirWatt suction power, it easily removes dust, crumbs and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. Choose between Auto, Max or Low mode to match every cleaning task.
Long runtime and always ready
With up to 50 minutes of cleaning time per charge, Innovac Modo is built to handle everyday mess with ease. The vacuum cleaner is charged when attached to the wall mount, either fastened to a wall or as a separate charger located where you see fit. It is also possible to detach the battery and charge it separately in the wall mount. The accessories can be neatly stored in the wall mount as well, so you do not have loose parts laying around. For extra flexibility, you can purchase an additional battery separately to extend your cleaning time even further. A full charge takes just 3–5 hours.

Weighing just 2.75 kg with the floor brush and only 1.8 kg as a handheld, Innovac Modo is designed for comfort and easy handling. The ergonomic design makes it effortless to carry from room to room and simple to manoeuvre around furniture.
Visibility and control
A bright LED light on the floor nozzle reveals dust and crumbs in dark corners, while the LCD display shows battery status, charging level and suction mode so you’re always in control of your cleaning. In addition, the display shows a notification if the tube is blocked, providing extra safety and ease of use.
Easy to clean and maintain
Innovac Modo’s 0.5 L dustbin is simple to detach, empty and clean. It has a washable multi-filter system that includes steel mesh, multi-cyclones, sponge and HEPA filter. This ensures clean exhaust air and easy maintenance. The filter and dustbin can be rinsed with water. Always ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
Tip: Clean the brushes, filters, and dustbin regularly for the best suction performance.
