7-Jahres-Garantie auf Wilfa Wärmepumpen
Wilfa gewährt eine 7-jährige Garantie auf Wärmepumpen ab dem Kaufdatum. Die Garantie deckt Fabrikationsfehler oder Defekte ab, die innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftreten. Der Kaufbeleg dient als Nachweis für den Händler im Falle von Garantieansprüchen.
Die Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die in Privathaushaltengekauft und verwendet werden. Sie gilt nicht, wenn das Produkt gewerblich genutzt wird. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt zweckentfremdet oder fahrlässig behandelt wird, wenn die Anweisungen von Wilfa nicht befolgt werden oder wenn nicht autorisierte Änderungen oder Reparaturen vorgenommen werden.
Außerdem erstreckt sich die Garantie nicht auf normalen Verschleiß, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, mangelnde Wartung, Verwendung einer falschen elektrischen Spannung oder:
- Überlastung des Produkts
- Regulär abgenutzte Teile
- Komponenten, die regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden müssen (z.B. Filter, Batterien, etc.)
