5 years warranty on all Wilfa products
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on Wilfa-branded products from the date of purchase after 01.09.2020. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that arise during the warranty period. Presentation of proof of purchase is required as evidence of the warranty. For claims, please contact the store where the item was purchased.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. The warranty is void if the product is used commercially. The warranty is also void in cases of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Wilfa’s instructions, and modification or unauthorized repair of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or the following:
- Descaling must be performed according to the user manual
- Overloading the product
- Glass damage
- Non-stick coating
- Wear parts
- Filters, batteries, tires, and other parts expected to be replaced regularly
This extended warranty applies only to Wilfa branded small electrical appliances.
10-year warranty (upon registration) for Probaker NXT
Wilfa provides a 5-year warranty on this product from the date of purchase. You can extend the Wilfa 5-year warranty to 10 years for Probaker NXT by registering your product:

The warranty applies only to products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply to commercial use.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, handled negligently, used contrary to Wilfa’s instructions, modified or repaired by unauthorised persons. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage or the following:
- Damage to tools or the main unit caused by exceeding maximum capacities
- Cosmetic wear marks on the main unit, stainless steel bowl or tools
This warranty applies only to Probaker NXT models KM4B-T70 and KM4GY-T70 and is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
7-Year Warranty on Wilfa Heat Pumps
Wilfa provides a 7-year warranty on heat pumps from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or:
- Overloading of the product
- Regularly worn parts
- Components that require periodic replacement (e.g., filters, batteries, etc.)
10-Year Motor Warranty on selected Wilfa products
Wilfa provides up to a 10-year warranty on the motor of selected products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults that occur within the warranty period. This extended warranty applies exclusively to the motor and any faults related to it. The purchase receipt serves as proof for the retailer in case of any warranty claims.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used in private households. It does not apply if the product is used commercially. The warranty is void if the product is misused, handled negligently, if Wilfa's instructions are not followed, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs are performed.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect electrical voltage, or overloading of the product.

Create your own recipes with fruit, berries, chocolate, nuts or other favourites – perfect for dessert, everyday treats and your own flavour combinations.
Homemade favourites without the planning
The built-in compressor chills the mixture as it churns, so you don't need to freeze the bowl in advance. This makes it easy to start straight away and make ice cream when the craving hits, without having to plan it.
Ice cream is ready within an hour
Enjoy homemade ice cream in 45–60 minutes. The efficient cooling and churning take you from ingredients to finished dessert smoothly, great for when you want to serve something special without waiting too long.
Slush in 35–50 minutes
A dedicated slush programme makes it easy to prepare refreshing frozen drinks at home. Use juice, soft drinks or your own flavour combinations to create cooling slush for warm days, parties or weekend treats.
Make your own yoghurt at home
The yoghurt function lets you make creamy yoghurt with ingredients you choose yourself. The controlled temperature helps the yoghurt develop evenly, making the Vanilla 3-in-1 useful for more than just ice cream and dessert.
1 litre, perfect for home use
The 1-litre capacity makes it easy to create homemade favourites for dessert, a coffee break or when you want to try new flavours. The removable stainless steel bowl makes it easy to serve directly from the bowl and simple to clean afterwards. A lid is included for convenient storage, and an extra stainless steel bowl can be purchased separately if you want to prepare several batches or flavours.
Keeps it chilled until serving
After the programme ends, the keep-cool function keeps your ice cream or slush chilled for up to 1 hour. Handy when the ice cream is ready before the guests arrive, or when you'd rather serve a bit later.

Tips!
- For the best slush consistency, aim for a sugar content of around 8 %. Too little sugar means a longer freezing time, and too much can make the mixture icy.
- Experiment with your own flavours using berries, fruit, chocolate, juice or other favourites.
- Let the yoghurt ferment longer if you want a thicker, tangier consistency.
- Use a little more yoghurt culture if you want to shorten the fermentation time.
- Save a few spoonfuls of finished yoghurt as a starter culture for the next batch.
- Strain the yoghurt in the fridge for 2–4 hours if you want extra-thick yoghurt.
