Dovre 40 MG

Powerful heating for larger Nordic homes

Dovre 40 combines powerful heating and efficient cooling for larger spaces. With a maximum heating capacity of 7,200 W and a recommended area of up to 140 m², it is designed to keep your home comfortable throughout the year. The sleek textile finish in mist grey gives the indoor unit a soft, refined look, allowing it to blend naturally into the room rather than dominate it.

With high energy efficiency, heating operation down to -40 °C, low noise levels, powerful airflow of up to 830 m³/h and smart app control, Dovre 40 is designed for both the Nordic climate and modern everyday life.

Built for cold Nordic winters

Dovre 40 is designed for the wide temperature variations of a Nordic climate and can operate in heating mode at outdoor temperatures down to -40 °C. Even when temperatures drop, it continues to deliver heat.

Automatic defrosting and a heating cable in the outdoor unit's base pan help support stable operation during cold winter conditions.

Warmth in winter and cool air in summer

With a maximum heating capacity of 7,200 W, Dovre 40 provides powerful heating for larger spaces. When summer temperatures rise, it can also cool your home, with a maximum cooling capacity of 5,400 W.

Recommended for spaces up to 140 m², Dovre 40 gives you a flexible solution for both heating and cooling. Its powerful airflow helps distribute warm or cool air throughout the room for a more even and comfortable temperature.

High energy efficiency with A+++

Dovre 40 has an A+++ energy efficiency rating for both heating and cooling. With a SCOP of 5.1 for heating and a SEER of 8.6 for cooling, it offers high seasonal energy efficiency.

This means it delivers plenty of heating and cooling in relation to the electricity it uses, helping you maintain a comfortable indoor climate while keeping energy use in mind.

Textile design made to blend in

A heat pump is often installed in a visible part of the home, so design matters too. Dovre 40 features an elegant textile finish that gives the indoor unit a soft, refined appearance.

The thoughtful design combines function and aesthetics, helping Dovre 40 blend naturally into modern Nordic interiors.

The right temperature where you are

With the I Feel function, the heat pump adjusts its operation based on the temperature in the part of the room where you spend your time. The remote control measures the temperature where it is placed and sends this information to the heat pump, which adjusts accordingly.

This helps maintain a comfortable temperature where you need it most.

Make better use of heat from your fireplace

The fireplace function helps distribute heat from a fireplace or another heat source around the room. In this mode, when the set temperature is reached, Dovre 40 stops heating but keeps the fan running, helping circulate the existing warmth more evenly throughout the space.

Smart control from your phone

Dovre 40 has built-in Wi-Fi and can be controlled via an app directly from your smartphone. Adjust the temperature remotely and adapt the heat pump to your daily routine, even when you're not at home.

You can lower the temperature when the house is empty and raise it again before you arrive – convenient for both comfort and energy use.

Quiet comfort at home

With an indoor sound pressure level as low as 20 dB(A), Dovre 40 can operate quietly in the background while you relax, work or sleep.

Night mode adjusts the temperature and operation for greater comfort during the night, while helping reduce noise and energy consumption.

Cleaner air and more comfortable humidity levels

Dovre 40 does more than regulate the temperature. The carbon and ion filter helps purify the air and reduce unwanted odours and bacteria.

When humidity levels are high, the dehumidification function helps create a drier and more comfortable indoor climate.

Tip! Clean the filter regularly to maintain good airflow and help your heat pump perform at its best over time.

Built for Nordic conditions

Dovre 40 uses R32 refrigerant and is equipped with automatic defrosting and a heating cable in the outdoor unit's base pan. These features help the heat pump handle cold winter conditions and contribute to stable operation when temperatures drop.
